Kallos Youth Empowerment is a Christ-centered, youth-focused nonprofit committed to the holistic empowerment of young people aged 18–30 — spiritually, socially, and economically.
To empower and equip young people (18–30 years) spiritually, socially, and economically through discipleship, mentorship, leadership development, and practical initiatives that inspire generational impact and Kingdom influence.

Article 5 — Philosophy
KYE understands that sustainable youth transformation requires clear structures, accountability, and intentional leadership development. Therefore, KYE operates both as a movement and a well-structured organization — ensuring excellence, impact, and long-term growth.
We are not merely program-driven. We are people-driven — forming disciples who carry the mission beyond the walls of any gathering.

Articles 3 & 5 — Governance
KYE is governed by a Board of Advisors/Trustees of 5–11 members, including at least one spiritual leader, one finance professional, one legal/compliance advisor, and one youth development leader. Board members serve 3-year terms (renewable once, maximum 6 consecutive years).
Article 7 — Leadership Levels
KYE's leadership is layered to ensure every young person has access to a trusted mentor and clear pathway for growth — from small group leaders to a national leadership team as we scale.
Provides overall strategic direction as KYE scales nationally.
Oversee KYE presence and program delivery across regions.
Drive on-the-ground implementation within campuses and communities.
The relational core — walking closely with members in discipleship and life.
Article 4 — Departments
Spiritual empowerment, discipleship, Bible study, prayer, and worship.
Mentorship, mental health support, community service, and outreach missions.
Skills training, entrepreneurship support, career development, and table banking.
Recruitment, volunteer management, administrative systems, and operational support.
Budget stewardship, fundraising, grant management, and donor relations.
Branding, digital engagement, podcasts, newsletters, and event publicity.
Impact tracking, data collection, reporting, and organizational learning.
Article 11 — Safeguarding
KYE is committed to protecting every child, youth, and vulnerable adult who engages with our programs. Safeguarding is not optional — it is foundational to our ministry.
No staff or volunteer works alone with a minor or vulnerable person.
All incidents are reported through confidential channels with non-retaliation protection.
All staff, volunteers, and leaders complete safeguarding training with periodic refreshers.
Basic psychosocial support, referral to qualified professionals, and crisis response protocol.
Photography, media, and personal data require documented consent from participants.
Participation in spiritual activities is never a condition for accessing KYE services.
Articles 16 & 17 — Accountability
All payments require at least two signatories. Duties are segregated between initiator, approver, and reconciler. An independent annual audit is conducted as required by law and donors.
KYE maintains zero tolerance for fraud, corruption, and abuse. Protected whistleblowing channels are available with guaranteed non-retaliation for good-faith disclosures.
Board members and staff make annual conflict-of-interest declarations. Conflicted parties recuse themselves from related decisions. All related-party transactions require Board approval.
KYE publishes a non-confidential annual impact report covering program outcomes, financial summaries, and organizational growth metrics — available to all stakeholders.
